Willow Tree Dental accepts and files PPO insurance plans as a courtesy for our patients.
We do not participate with HMO, DMO, Medicaid, or Medicare plans.
Payment is based on the treatment provided, not on insurance coverage. Insurance may help pay for a portion of your care, and any remaining balance is the patient’s responsibility.
